Bonnie Pierce

Bonnie Pierce is a senior advisor at EGP where she advises general and limited partners and mid-market companies on financial and growth strategies, investments, and compliance to attain their long-term goals.

Bonnie brings more than 25 years of experience working for Fortune 100 to start-up companies in financial services and technology where she has built value-added solutions for her C-Suite clients representing all sectors of the economy. She also has extensive expertise in fundraising and new business development having raised nearly $10 billion during her career. Previously she was a Managing Director at New Century Advisors, advising institutional investors including large multi-family offices, endowments and foundations and a Principal with Mercer Investment Consulting where she was responsible for over $2 billion in portfolio assets. She spent a decade at State Street Global Advisors as a Vice President directing new business development amongst corporate and not-for-profit institutional investors. Bonnie began her career in emerging markets private equity at Schooner Capital Corporation. In addition, Bonnie has extensive experience in advocacy and regulatory compliance for financial services and innovative technology companies. She is also a Visiting Professor of International Business at the George Washington University School of Business where she teaches courses in Finance, International Banking, Corporate and Business Strategy, Negotiations, Globalization, and Public Policy.

Bonnie earned MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, with concentrations in Finance and Corporate Strategy respectively, and an MA in International Relations and BA in History from Boston University. She is a member of the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies Dean’s Advisory Board at Boston University and the Boston University Alumni Council.
